Once you are signed in and are taken to the Family Rights Radio Yahoo Groups home page as a member,
see the [ light blue ] menu on left.
Locate and click on link: "Files"

The "Files" page should open.
You will have to read down though and locate each item in the list. (Sorry that our files listings are not in order of procedure. The list is alphabetical, not by date. That is not under our control, that is Yahoo's). Check here to learn the sequence of actions and what you are to do with each them from Eddie. Also check group emails for conference calls and/or listen on broadcast for more information, as comes appropriate or evident. Do be patient in all this effort as the bureaucracy  takes its own sweet time to answer or act -- if it acts at all!

These are the documents (in the order) Eddie wants you to see:

. . . down to:
Preacipe Victoria M. Parks.doc   (last one to date of this webpage writing, Apr 18 2007)

I will try to get all documents cached here for everyone to easily see, as soon as I can, but that will take several more hours of my time.-- Right now I have got to go do my paid work so I can keep the utilities on that facilitate these pages and the broadcast along with my also "donated" labor. I also need to make some more to pay for the thousand pages photo copies I must get to my Congressional contacts too. So be patient, but any help (donation) from you would be appreciated and make my load easier. Don't forget to help with the greater load carried by Eddie and Danny, and those around them too!

----  added / modified instructions dated May 4th are in block below

After you insert your name, county and state,
*  Print 2 copies of each of the 3 court filings. (6 total)
*  Sign (in blue ink) these copies in front of a Notary and have the Notary sign and
       seal (notarize) where indicated.
* You are to keep 1 Notarized Original of each of the 3 cases for your
      records.
* You are to mail the 2nd Notarized Originals of each of the 3 cases
      to the Court Clerk.
* Make 4 photo copies of the 2nd Notarized Original of each of the 3 cases
and mail to the Court Clerk also.
* You will mail these above documents to the Court Clerk in 3 individual envelopes.
Each envelope will contain 1 Original and 4 copies
of the SAME court case; also include in each envelope, a self addressed
stamped envelope large enough and with sufficient postage
for the Court Clerk to return a copy to you after the
Clerk stamps your copy as received.
* Use Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested (green card)
for each of the 3 mailings to the Court Clerk.

The document with Case # 07-5042 and 07-5026
has 5 defendants.  They are the first 5 listed on
the certificate of Mailing - Soper, Ohio, Justice Institute,
      Crowe and Hayes.

The document with Case # 07-5048 has only 4 defendants.
They are the first 4 listed on the certificate of mailing -
State Justice Institute is not there and this is intentional
       not an error.

The document with Case # 07-5049 has only 4 defendants.
They are the first 4 listed on the certificate of mailing -
State Justice Institute is not there and this is intentional
       not an error.

* Make 1 additional copy of the 2nd Original (the ones
you are sending to the Court Clerk) of each of the 3
        court cases.

* You are going to mail each defendant a copy of the
the court case he/she/it is involved in.
       example - Soper gets 1 photocopy of 07-5042 &
       07-5026, 1 photocopy of 07-5048, and 1 photocopy
of 07-5049.  Likewise for State of Ohio, likewise for
Crowe & Dunlevy and likewise for Hayes Magrini &
Gatewood.  -- You can mail each of the 3 copies of the
court case to each defendant in a single envelope.

Since State Justice Institute is only involved in case
       no. 07-5042 & 07-5026, send them
1 photocopy of that court case only.

* Use Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested (green card)
for the mailing to each of the defendants.

Eddie has instructed us to have all these in the mail
no later than Tuesday 24 April 07.

As soon as you recieve the file stamped copies (3 cases) back from clerk of court,
immediately fax copy of each to Eddie at 918-512-4563
.

One final thing - it has been the past history that there may be some changes to the documents,  so be prepared for another conference call with further instructions. Enjoy.
