December Filings -- for Congress "Process 3"  Instructions below are rough draft, but are correct in fact. I will try to improve form to make it easier to understand. I am trying to do this work on my end and meet my domestic responsibilities at the same time  -- without any help -- and you know how hard that is!  Thanks Tom Listen in on conference calls (time & number to be posted here) See instruction below (viewed in web page representation)

Preparation and Mailing Instructions -- for Process 3:   Mail (in 2 envelopes) so it is received no later than by morning of Jan 22: These are the documents Eddie asks you to provide. Try to have them ready for next filing by Jan 22, 2008. -- But do not get discourage if you are not able to meet that date, as this is an on-going action, especially adaptable for new participants. Later filings dates will occur where you will be entered. Also if you have already sent your documents based on previous instructions posted here, do not worry if you see modifications here or any other step / process you may have already completed along the way. Most changes are to simplify the process without compromising effectiveness Assemble & Prepare to Mail (in 2 separate envelopes or boxes) your Cover, Summary and Evidence (documents) in your case(s) so they are received no later than morning of: December 20th, 2007 or no later than Dec. 27th  or Jan 15 -- these dates represent the second and third (last) filing dates for this year (2007), and first filing of next year (2008). Work towards the date that is practical for your case and in consideration of the labor it may require of you to make it presentable to Congress. Don't panic. It is better you get it put together as correct as possible, than to rush and miss important data or leave it difficult to read and understand.  -- Remember Congressmen , their staff or their committees do not love reading -- especially this awful machinated courtroom tripe and so called pseudo "law" which has been invented in your cases. So take the time to carefully choose your words.  -- Organize you case(s), then create you coversheet and summary (an index explaining your documents and their critical points showing violations of your rights) so the understanding and evidence of Judicial breach of conduct and denial of Due Process shows up quickly and clearly.   --  Remember the true Jury, honorable Judges and redeeming instruments of your restoration is in the Public.  So make this section's information ultimately easy to read and presentable to them.   -- As best you can be to-the-point.  Then provide reference for and support of those points through your documentation which must be easily accessed, identified, opened, researched and discovered. -- Be brief: Remember the public's attention span is no longer than yours used to be! -- that is, before you woke up in the bitting experience of the black robed cannibals in their hidden feast, devouring you, your property, your family and all humanity itself, in their black mahogany darkened chambers! -- Then, don't forget; after campaigning and he is secured in his posh leather chair and accepting the perks, a Congressman's attention span is even shorter than the public's -- especially after the hundreds of persistent, manipulative, influence peddling and Lucre enticing oligarchiests, bankers, brotherhood CEO's, and groomed corporate lobbyists parade though his life and have solicited, coerced and indentured him! -- So condense; then condense again, so even he might read it -- and "get it"- tlr 20Dec07 1.     Assemble your case(s) documents. Make copies of the documents that specifically display Evidence of denial of your due proccess and other judicial abuse that you want Congress to see and have. Then from your case documents, create you presentation for filing (and possible presentation in live testimony) before Congress (and the media and public) with: A. Cover Sheet  -- see d. Evidence below -- (return here for example) B. Summary (an expletive index) -- see example (from Vince) below C. Evidence. Complete, compile, provide paper copies of your evidence, Note;  while organizing your evidence, make notes and conceptualize to draft your statements for your Coversheet and Summary,  D. Disk (where possible). also put all on a disk*  or  * fax it to 1-202-379-9765   2.  Mail completed sets of paper copies to each of the two addressed listed below: NOTE!!!! I closed my Circuit Court Case with a motion of mistake.   Bankruptcy Chapter 13 Caligiuri v Columbia River Bank Mortgage Group et al Case # 06-60341-fra-13 Trustee: Lynch Judge Albert Radcliffe Opened: March, 2006, Closed: June, 2006 After filing a Writ or Praecipe I was told by the attorney Teresa M Shill,in a letter, that it was none of my business if the law firm or the lender had charters or not. After discovering a B10 Proof of Loss form filed by their firm, sent to me and the court I discovered it to be fraud as it was signed by a law clerk. On June the 2nd, 2006 I sent a motion in Limine to suppress all issues and close the case as fraud had been put into the court. On June the 6th 2006.   Bankruptcy Chapter 13 Caligiuri v Columbia River Bank Mortgage et al Case # 06-06241-fra 13 and Case #06-244-AP Trustee: Lynch Judge: Albert Radcliffe Opened: July 7th, 2006, Closed: August 22, 2006 After asking to have the scheduled 341 meeting moved from Eugene, Oregon 140 miles compared to Medford Oregon only 13 miles from me, for a telephonic conference call, thought it be a bit too much considering I am a 100% disabled veteran. So I filed a motion using the Americans With Disabilities Act to have the meeting rescheduled, which it was, upon going to that meeting my truck broke down, and the case was dismissed the following week. The Adversary Proceeding was also closed around the same time without ever being addressed.   Federal Case Civil Case # 07-3003-PA Caligiuri v. Columbia River Bank Mortgage Group et al Judge: Owen M Panner Opened: January 14, 2007, Dismissed: April 6, 2007 Although Judge Panner told me my paperwork was excellent and I should have been a lawyer, Judge Panner ruled on the Minutes of Proceeding form, Penned in THIS IS AN ORDER and in Highlighted Brackets [ ] it says Plaintiff’s motion for findings of fact and conclusions of law is denied as moot. It is unsigned by Judge Panner. I have sent Judge Panner a Judicial Notice that my Due Process Case is filed with the 10th Circuit of Appeals in Denver, Colorado, and I am asking him to reinstate the Restraining Order to stop Northwest Trustee Services and their attorneys from selling my property until the decision of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
