getting the support and cooperation from several honorable Congressmen
in the writing and filing of a Federal Due Process Violations class
action law suit (w/ judicial impeachment bill); and they are asking
that
we included all individual's names and cases as is possible.
Special officials of the FBI are cooperative and are indicating from
their directors and investigations that we should have a potential of
nearly 12 million cases that they see as qualifying as plaintiffs with
their individual cases as attachments or exhibits in our suit and
legislative
action -- which would of course include all of yours.
We
are always working to make these instructions more complete and clear -- as
well as improve the forms. In the mean time get what we have
listed prepared -- specifically your "simple" Due Process Violations

have modified our original instructions while still attempting
to keep them simple and clear. We are open to suggestions. Each
document current or future you are asked to provide in your "Joinder"

Prepare the simple document(s) below -- and get them to Carl by Dec 1, 2006!

Section: First is your (personally written) Affidavit which claims your Due Process
Violations. It is the leading document in this section. Then you will need
copy(s) of the first page of the First Court Document(s) (Complaint or Motion)
of your Case(s) which has your NAME, COURT and
CASE NUMBER(s) stamped or written upon it, (that is, the first
Charge, Demand, Summons or Issuance that began the action(s) against you).
Last, you will add your
Evidence or proof of Judicial Fraud and / or No Due Process Violations
by the Court(s) and their Agents.

-- which I encouraged you (back on the home
page) to print out, read, learn and use as model, as well as a
possible exhibit to add into your own individual case(s). However, you
only need the few pages, as discribed here, to enter and saticfy
your filing requirements as a Joiner on this suit).
2. AFFIDAVIT (1st example form) (2nd example form) which is your written statement describing your Due
Process Violations. One or two succinct pages will do. (Don't forget to include your name & case number(s) on all pages! And number each page -- for example: page 1 of 2 or what ever the total is -- for reference if any page ever get separated or "lost". ) Your Affidavit must be Signed -- in blue ink! with "under penalty of perjury" written above your signature and Notarized. (see examples) (Your signature in blue ink now
is requested for the court so they cannot claim it
is a forged photo copy. So we request every signature be done in blue ink.)
3. COMPLAINT or MOTION photo-copy. A copy of the first COMPLAINT or motion document from or entered into
the Court or agency that started your case(s), which contains your NAME, the Court (or Agency) and assigned
CASE NUMBER(s) (the first page only in most instances is sufficient) Add your Name, Address and Phone Number at bottom edge of page(s)
4. EVIDENCE, ie EXHIBITS (documents, reports, statements supporting your No Due Process claims – in your best judgment) (As with your Affidavit above, don't forget to include your name & case number(s), as header on all pages. Also number each page -- for example: page 1 of 2 or what ever the total is -- for reference if any page(s) ever get seperated or "lost"; also add your name, address and phone number at bottom edge of each page -- or at least on the leading page in each exhibit
Secure
each individual set as required for service or mailings as listed
below, by punching two holes in the top of your documents (so pages
will open like a flip chart) and install (what is know as) Prong Paper
Fasteners (which you can purchase from Office Depot, Staples, Office
Max, etc). That is the old legal brief fastener (Mark has photo of said fastener linked from his instructions -- see Mark's Instructions)
Quickly deliver or mail, the number of documents requested to each of these recipients at their addresses listed below.

The
prepared Enter of Appearance, Affidavits and above supporting document
original(s) and required copies (for the Court, Defendants and lead
Plaintiffs) will be hand delivered for you,
personally by Carl (Rod and/or Eddie).

can duplicate again should anyone claim they have not received their

number of recipients or sets after you have already sent yours off --
don't panic -- you can just mail another set -- or if needed we will copy
a set we already have here.)
Suggestion: Also make and keep a log of your mailings and
carefully save mail receipts and any
correspondence from or with the recipeints for future reference.
In the mean time:
You should gather and keep any documents that support your affidavit. Keep all handy, also secure and safe (back up copies also ought to be kept somewhere else safe) with the anticipation that they may be required for evidence and/or exhibits later.

in Our Constitution by our Nation's wise, family of humanity loving
